In the following Terms and Conditions, the terms ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ refer to Gigi’s Fashion.

The term ‘you’ refers to yourself, the customer, as well as ‘your’ or ‘their’.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to clothing and fashion items sold by Gigi’s Fashion. By contacting us or shopping on our website, you must agree and adhere to the practices outlined below and throughout.

RETURNS POLICY

In-store purchases are strictly exchange only within 7 days of purchase. Online orders are to be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase. All tags must be in place and returns will not be accepted once tags have been removed as removal of tags is accepting that the item is in satisfactory condition and you are keeping the item.

Any items marked with make-up, fake tan, deodorant, lotions etc. will not be eligible for a refund. Items with a distinct smell of cigarettes, washing powder, etc. will not be refunded.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges/refund/exchange on sale items.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns on bodysuits as they are an undergarment.

You will need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly advise you to retain your proof of return postage.

We do not offer free or prepaid returns. All returns are at the cost of the buyer. Please pop a note in your parcel, with your full name telephone number and address along with the description for the items you are returning. Refunds will not be made for postage and packaging.

Gigi’s Fashion use your personal data to enhance your online shopping experience, process orders, enquiries and returns. This may include your name, billing and shipping address and contact information.

Payments made on our website are processed through a secure PayPal payment gateway. We do not store any payment details.

We do not share or sell any personal data with third parties.

ONLINE ORDERS

By ordering on our website, you must agree to our terms and conditions before checkout.

Orders will not be accepted or processed until payment has been received in full.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 4 working days.

Shipping times are estimated and can not always be exact. Please leave 7 working days before you contact us for an order that you haven’t yet received.

We offer a Click and Collect service from our clothing store at 146 Forest Road, Annesley, Nottinghamshire, NG17 9HH.

For click and collect orders, payment is required at ‘Checkout’ before an order is confirmed and processed for collection.

We accept PayPal, MasterCard and Visa as preferred payment options. Other payment options may be available on request.

For online orders, we can not accept payments by cheque or cash.

Coupon and discount codes can be applied on the ‘Basket’ or ‘Checkout’ pages. Such codes are subject to terms and conditions, expiration dates and limited to 1 use per customer.
